User Service Agreement
Welcome to use the Bi Sports App! This ‘User Service Agreement’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Agreement’) is a legal agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as ‘you’) and ZIM TRANSPORT INC. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Bi Sports’) regarding the software services of the Bi Sports App. Please read this agreement carefully and agree to it before starting to use the Bi Sports App.
- Acceptance of the Agreement
You accept this agreement by checking ‘I agree’ on the webpage or by any other means indicating acceptance, including accepting any modifications made by Bi Sports to the terms of service at any time. If you do not agree to this agreement, you should immediately cease registering or using this service. - Service Description
The Bi Sports app provides users with sports news and information. You can access additional features, such as article bookmarking, by registering a personal account. The service may change due to technological updates, so please stay tuned for service updates. - User Account
Registration and Account Security: Users need to register a “Bi Sports” account before using this service. The “Bi Sports” account should be registered with a mobile phone number. Users are required to use a mobile phone number that has not been bound to a “Bi Sports” account and has not been banned by Bi Sports according to this agreement to register a “Bi Sports” account. Bi Sports may change the registration and binding methods of accounts according to user needs or product requirements without prior notice to users. Use of Account: The ownership of a Bi Sports account belongs to Bi Sports. After the user completes the registration process, they obtain the right to use the Bi Sports account. Gifting, borrowing, renting, transferring, or selling the account is prohibited. If Bi Sports discovers that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, Bi Sports has the right to revoke the account without prior notice to the user, and without assuming legal responsibility to the account user. Account Security Maintenance: Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their personal accounts and passwords. Users will be held responsible for all activities and behaviors conducted using their user accounts. - User Code of Conduct
Content Guidelines: The following behaviors may result in the termination of user accounts and the corresponding individuals being held accountable: Posting, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, image rights, privacy rights, trademark rights, etc., of others; Violating prohibitive provisions of laws and regulations; Creating, posting, and disseminating malicious programs. Prohibited Conduct: In using the Bi Sports service, you are responsible for complying with laws and regulations, respecting public order and good customs, not interfering with the normal operation of Bi Sports, and not infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users. - Ownership of Content
You confirm that for all content (text, images, videos, etc.) you upload to the Bi Sports app, you have legal copyright or have obtained authorization from the lawful rights holders, and you agree to grant Bi Sports non-exclusive rights to use all such content. Bi Sports may, for the purpose of displaying, disseminating, and promoting the aforementioned content, copy, modify, and publish the above content. - Privacy Policy
Respecting the privacy of user personal information is a consistent policy of Bi Sports. Bi Sports will provide the Privacy Policy through links in this agreement, explaining Bi Sports’ policies on the collection, use, and protection of user personal information. Before agreeing to this agreement, you should carefully read the entire text and the linked Privacy Policy. - Legal Liability and Disclaimer
Legal Liability: You agree to protect and uphold the interests of Bi Sports and other users. In the event that you violate any provisions of relevant laws, regulations, or this agreement, causing losses to Bi Sports or any other third party, you agree to bear the liability for damages incurred thereby.
Disclaimer: Bi Sports does not guarantee (including but not limited to):
Bi Sports fully meeting your usage requirements;
Bi Sports’ services being uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable, or error-free. - Agreement Modification
Bi Sports reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can refer to the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant pages of this app. After the agreement terms are changed, if you continue to use the software or services provided by Bi Sports, it will be deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. - Notification Delivery
Under this agreement, Bi Sports may notify you through methods such as webpage announcements, email, mobile text messages, or regular mail; such notices shall be deemed delivered to the recipient on the date of dispatch. - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The establishment, execution, interpretation, and resolution of disputes under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In the event that the Bi Sports service terms conflict with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, these terms shall be reinterpreted in accordance with the law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid. In the event of a dispute between you and Bi Sports, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the competent people’s court in the jurisdiction where Bi Sports is located for resolution.
By continuing to access or use the Bi Sports app, you indicate that you accept and agree to abide by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, please do not access or use the Bi Sports app.
